Wish Upon a Wedding's Noir et Blanc Gala was a wonderful event for a great cause. Monday night's annual gala was to raise funds and awareness for Wish Upon a Wedding. The donations and money raised at the gala, helps to grant wedding wishes to couples who are facing a terminal illness or life-altering event.
